What the request form sends
When you press Send, the website transmits the contact, vehicle, selected services, condition, location, scheduling, and notes you provided. The form does not accept image uploads and shows a confirmation only after Resend accepts the email.
Email delivery
Resend sends the complete request to the Shine Authority shop inbox. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so the team can answer you directly. The website does not use a server-side SMS provider.
Optional text handoff
Every completed request is emailed through the website first. If you choose Cody or Austyn, the site opens your device's standard SMS application only after the email provider accepts the request. You review and send that text from your phone.
How we protect the form
We use server-only provider credentials, strict input validation, request-size limits, same-site checks, duplicate suppression, bot screening, and rate limits. No online system can promise absolute security, so access should remain limited to the people who need the request to respond.
No sale and no ad tracking
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize customer personal information. The current site has no customer account system, advertising tracker, payment form, or analytics integration. We use request information to review the job, answer you, and arrange service.
External services
Facebook, TikTok, Google Maps, phone links, SMS links, and email links leave this site or open another app. Those services may collect information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
