01Where are you based?
We are based at 1199 Old Porter Rd in Chesterton and serve Chesterton, Portage, and Northwest Indiana. Send the exact service location so we can confirm access and travel.
02How do you build a quote?
Vehicle size, current condition, selected services, work area, and the result you care about all matter. Specific details keep the first conversation useful and prevent vague estimates.
03What should I send?
Send your year, make, and model; your city or address; every service you are considering; the main concerns; and a short note about what you want changed.
04Can I send photos through the website?
The quote and booking forms do not accept images. Choose Cody or Austyn when you submit; after the request is emailed, the prefilled text opens and you can add photos from your phone before pressing Send.
05Is a requested date automatically booked?
No. A date and time submitted through the composer is a request. Cody or Austyn will confirm availability and the final appointment window directly with you.
06Do you work on more than cars?
Yes. We welcome requests for trucks, motorcycles, semi cabs, trailers, RVs, and other specialty vehicles. Size, condition, access, and scope are confirmed first.
07Can you handle pet hair, stains, or odor?
Those can be included in an interior-detail conversation. Describe each affected area and explain the odor source if you know it, because every condition is different.
08Is ceramic coating the same as paint correction?
No. Correction improves paint defects and clarity. Coating adds protection over a properly prepared finish. We discuss the preparation and likely result before either scope is final.
